Order Cancellation: Any cancellation to a processed order must be in writing and is subject to a $30 (Z) charge, in addition to any labor and material costs that have accrued.

Additional Information

*White ink will be used as CMYK base coat on Kraft wraps. For spot color, it will need to be represented as a layer in the art file and listed on the PO in order to print Large wraps fit 12-24 oz paper cups. Small wraps fit 8/9 oz paper cups. Wrap color might vary slightly within a run and is not considered a defect. Please note, wraps are designed to fit our cups and may not fit other brands. Artwork used to print wraps is created flat. Once the wrap is placed on a cup, the image will take on the taper of the cup. This is not considered a defect. ***Wraps contain preprinted images from the manufacturer on the backside. Using the American Digital print method, we will be happy to overprint these images. However, they will show through, as the ink is translucent. This is not considered a defect. American Digital printed items will exhibit linear banding. This is not considered a defect. Please note that Kraft wraps will include a standard white ink underlay.
