Production Times: For order totals over 2,500 pieces to 10,000 pieces 5 working days after all approvals with proof within 24 hours receipt of PO and good art. Production Times: For order totals of 25,000 pieces 7 working days after all approvals with proof within 24 hours receipt of PO and good art. Order Cancellation: Any cancellation to a processed order must be in writing and is subject to a $30 (Z) charge, in addition to any labor and material costs that have accrued. Additional Information
*White ink will need to be represented as a layer in the art file and listed on the PO in order to print. Variation of coaster material "brightness" is not considered a defect. Please note second side imprint on coasters is not guaranteed to match the orientation of the first side. Please note that as the percentage of ink coverage increases, the absorbency of the coaster will be affected due to the nature of digitally printed ultraviolet ink. Printed borders are highly discouraged, due to variation of the actual cut line. See art template.
