Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned.
• Additional Info: Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship blank. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day. Blank/Unimprinted product sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!). Please note: Small shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing. As each product is manufactured and printed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. • Additional Info: ART FORMAT COMPATIBILITY: Vector art in EPS, AI or PDF formate is required for all spot color and laser engraved imprints. High res (300DPI) pixel image formats such as JPG, PNG or TIF are acceptable for full color imprints. All type should be converted to outlines, or have the requisite OTF and/or TTF font files included with the art. Note: Due to potential compatibility issues with vector art formats, if your artwork falls outside the artboard/preview window, Innovation cannot be responsible for any copy or logo that is layered, lost or hidden and will not print.
