• Additional Info: Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship out blanks. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day.Blank/Unimprinted product sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!). Please note: Slight shifting of logo/text cannot be avoided. As each product is manufactured and logoed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another. In 4-color process printing, exact color match cannot be achieved. There may be a dramatic difference between the PMS Color noted, screen color shown and printed color. None of these can be considered a defect.
• Additional Info: Order Cancellations/Cancellation Requests/Art Changes/Revisions Policy: Order Cancellation/Revision requests are not accepted until Factory confirms product has not been manufactured or printed. In most cases, if no proof has been requested at time of order submission, within 48 hours of order receipt, it is too late to cancel order and distributor is responsible for all incurred costs regardless of whether order has physically shipped from our factory.
