Assorted Colors: Minimum assortment per color is 500 pieces and must be in even increments of 500 pieces (sorry, no exceptions). Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price. Only select items within the catalog are available at less than minimum quantities. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity. Overrun Production Samples: Not available. Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship out blanks. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day. Blank/Unimprinted product sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!).
• Additional Info: Please note: Small shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing. As each product is manufactured and printed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Lanyards are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another, current order cannot match previous order. ART FORMAT COMPATIBILITY: Vector art in EPS, AI or PDF formate is required for all spot color and laser engraved imprints. High res (300DPI) pixel image formats such as JPG, PNG or TIF are acceptable for full color imprints. All type should be converted to outlines, or have the requisite OTF and/or TTF font files included with the art. Note: Due to potential compatibility issues with vector art formats, if your artwork falls outside the artboard/preview window, Innovation cannot be responsible for any copy or logo that is layered, lost or hidden and will not print.
