The Viking 20-inch Acacia Butcher Block and Prep Board offers unique features on each side to maximize functionality and reduce space consumption in your kitchen. On one side, the board has three indents, each measuring precisely one cup. These can be used to store chopped veggies and other ingredients, or to hold condiments if the board is used as a serving board. On the reverse side, the board features a flat surface bordered by juice groves to help prevent spilling.
