Resistance bands are made of TPE with black Terylene straps and Galvanized Iron carabiner. Handles are made of EVA+PP Plastic, which Terylene straps and Galvanized Iron D ring. Door mount is made of EVA+PP with black Terylene strap. Polyester pouch with front open pocket and drawstring closure. Instructions included (for both using components, door mount, and exercises).
