It is our policy to send a pre-production proof on all orders over 1,000 pieces. You will be charged a $25.00 (v) set-up fee plus overnight shipping charges. If you would like to waive your K401:K410pre-production sample, you must indicate this on your purchase order. Art not properly sized and/or color separated will be subject to additional charges. Please hand wash all products prior to first use. All products (except compartment drinkware) are top-rack dishwasher safe. However to extend the life of your cup and imprint we recommend hand washing with mild-detergent. Additionally the use of harsh detergents and commercial dishwashers is not recommended.
