Over the sink colander is made of sturdy plastic, which is BPA-free and dishwasher-safe,resistant to the heat up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Can fit different sinks from 11.5 to 16.5 inches. You can also stack them together easily and keep them in the cupboard with a very small footprint or just hang it on the wall. Works well for washing fruits and vegetables or straining pasta. Can be easily separated for cleaning and drying by aligning the pin with the wider part of the chute and pop out.
