Anti scald safety lock double-layer silicone handle, no gloves needed for transferring hot grilled meat. After grilling, the roasted beef brisket is taken out of the oven, sealed in a bag, and kept at a constant temperature for 90 minutes to maintain the relaxation of the grilled meat fibers.
