Includes five exercise resistance band strengths -0.35mm(5-10lbs), 0.5mm(10-15Ibs), 0.7mm(15-20lbs), 0.9mm(20-30lbs), 1.1mm(30-40lbs). Each band is 12 inches long and 2 inches wide. Plus, you can combine them by stacking or knotting together to give many different resistance levels for your workouts. These minibands can be used for your workout, Yoga, Pilates as well as stretching, glute activation, leg day and more. Made from 100% natural latex, TPE free, you can get the same resistance after many repetitions. Carry bag included.
