Product Description
The 2nd National Confederate flag is also known as "the stainless banner" due to its pure white field. It was adopted in 1863 by both houses of Congress and General Robert E. Lee used it as his Army of Virginia flag in late 1863. Part of our historical flag collection, this design comes in many different sizes and types, including regular, stick, car and motorcycle flags. Material options are economy polyester, wrap knitted polyester and nylon, depending on your choice.
