Each new marker comes with a dry, unused tip, ready for priming. To prepare the marker for use, shake it several times with the cap securely on. During this process, you will hear the metal ball inside shaking, which helps to mix the ink thoroughly. Once the ink is well-mixed, press the tip of the marker onto paper several times to allow the ink to flow to the tip, enabling smooth and consistent writing.
