Designed to protect the sharpest blades, our wood boards also provide stability during use and look handsome enough to keep out on the counter. Large double-sided cutting board is from 13'' x 8.7'' to 22.8" x 14.6" with an excellent 4/5'' thickness, could be used as chopping, slicing, carving, butcher block or serving tray. Board should be seasoned with a food-grade mineral oil before first use. Hand-wash with hot, soapy water. Dry thoroughly. Do not soak or submerge board in water.
