Soft Shell, Fleece or Insulated
A soft shell jacket has a smooth, stretchy, wind and water resistant outer with a soft inside, and it is the most ordered corporate jacket because it works from fall through spring. Fleece jackets and vests are warm, light and inexpensive, and they take embroidery well. Quilted and puffer jackets add synthetic or down insulation for real cold.
