Customized items are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. Please notify RELYmedia within 2 business days after delivery of any defective or damaged items. We will provide a prepaid return shipping and repair or replace any such items.
Every order is produced to your specifications once the proof is approved. Since custom items cannot be resold or reused, there are no returns or exchanges for reasons such as needs changed, ordered the wrong quantity or item, or any errors in proof approved.
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before the proof is approved. Production begins immediately upon proof approval and then the order cannot be canceled.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or doesn't match your approved proof, please contact us within 2 business days after delivery. Please include your invoice number and photos of the issue.

Return of defective, damaged, or non-conforming items is free and there are no restocking fees.
Most replacements will ship within 3 weeks of receiving the returned items. If the item cannot be replaced or repaired, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Non-consumable electronics, such as flash drives and speakers, are covered against defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. Flash drives are only guaranteed to work with modern computers unless otherwise noted.
Changes after you approve the proof may result in additional costs. If a change is possible that results in an overpayment, we refund the difference, minus a 3.5% card processing fee for credit card payments, within 2 business days.
RELYmedia cannot be responsible for shipping delays outside of our control and refunds will not be issued for such delays.
