Gauge and Size

Bag thickness is measured in mils. A 1.25 to 1.5 mil bag is the standard retail merchandise bag, and 2 to 3 mil bags are reusable and feel premium. Measure your largest product and allow a couple of inches on each side. Stock sizes with a one-color imprint ship fastest, and fully custom sizes and prints are made to order in larger quantities.
