The Cayman Medium hits the everyday sweet spot for kitchen prep, measuring 12" long by 8 1/8" high with a 9/16" thickness. It is large enough to slice a head of lettuce, carve a chicken breast, or break down a couple of bell peppers, yet compact enough to keep out on the counter without crowding other tools. A perimeter juice groove channels run-off from melons, citrus, and proteins so countertops stay tidy during prep. Cut-out handles on the back make it easy to lift, flip, or transport the board between work surfaces, and the slim profile slips cleanly into upper cabinets or drawers. Bamboo construction brings natural density that resists scoring while remaining gentler on knife edges than many hardwoods, and the warm, even grain coordinates with virtually any kitchen aesthetic.
