The Fiji Large showcases the signature two-tone bamboo banding that defines the Fiji line, scaled up to a generous 15" long by 10" high with a substantial 11/16" thickness. Alternating light and dark bamboo strips create a striking, contemporary appearance that turns the board into as much a design object as a prep surface. The spacious footprint is built for serious work, easily handling whole roasts, large produce, or a full charcuterie spread. Bamboo construction provides natural density that resists moisture, stays gentler on knife edges than many hardwoods, and holds up to repeated daily use. Cut-out handles on the back make it easy to flip, carry, and serve directly from the board, while the substantial 11/16" thickness keeps it planted on the counter.
