It has a new weight of 23 lbs. and a gross weight of 63 lbs. Suggested for use with flag sizes of up to 3' x 5'. Sleeve style of header and grommets. Max wind speed unflagged is 210 mph. Max wind speed flagged is 140 mph. Top diameter is 2.75\", butt diameter is 4.17\" and a banner arm of 3.9' x 1.1\".
