Hidden between this retractor’s graphics is a sturdy ballast that utilizes water or sand to keep the display stable for outdoor use. The ballast holds up to 2.6 gallons of water. Artwork is printed on Titan 13 oz. scrim vinyl. The display comes with 2 single-sided banners. Three-section telescoping pole allows for display heights between 36.75” and 79.5”. Stakes insert through built-in feet for added stability. 150 RCAT rating.
