All items are available "blank" (not etched) at 10% below the end quantity price. Blank returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. A single order for multiple items within a category is eligible for combination pricing. Our minimum order is $50 (net). There is a $15 (net) less-than-minimum charge for orders below $50 (net). Glassware orders 250+ pieces are subject to a standard 5% over/under run policy. Custom order or special order merchandise requires payment in advance (minimum 50% deposit) to initiate the order.
