Custom T-Shirts for Teams, Events and Brands
A custom t-shirt is the one promotional item people wear again and again, which is why it is the most ordered product in our catalog. RELYmedia prints and embroiders more than 5,000 styles, from classic 100% cotton crew necks by Gildan and Hanes to soft tri-blend tees from Bella + Canvas and moisture-wicking performance shirts from Under Armour and Badger. Men's, women's, unisex and youth cuts are all here, in short sleeve, long sleeve, V-neck, pocket and tank versions.
Companies order them for staff uniforms, trade shows and product launches. Schools, churches, charity runs and family reunions order them for a single day that everyone remembers. Send us your artwork and we return a free digital proof so you see exactly how your logo sits on the shirt before anything is printed.

Custom T-Shirts Buying Guide
Fabric Weights and Blends
The number on the shirt is the fabric weight in ounces per square yard. A 5.3 oz tee such as the Gildan Heavy Cotton is the everyday standard for events and giveaways. A 6 oz heavyweight tee holds its shape through hundreds of washes and suits uniforms and work crews. Tri-blend and CVC tees from Bella + Canvas, Next Level and District are lighter and softer, with a heathered look that flatters a one-color print. Performance tees are 100% polyester, wick sweat and are the right choice for runs, teams and gyms.
Cuts and Fits
Unisex crew necks fit the widest range of people and are the safe choice for a mixed group. Women's cuts are narrower through the body with a shorter sleeve, and most popular styles come in both versions so one order can cover everyone. Youth sizes run from XS to XL. Long sleeve tees, V-necks, pocket tees, raglan baseball tees and tank tops are all in the catalog if you want something beyond the basic crew. Among custom apparel, t-shirts are the easiest piece to order for a group, because one unisex style fits most people.
Printing Methods
Screen printing is the most economical method for one to four color logos on a run of 24 or more shirts, and the ink sits on the fabric with a crisp edge. Full-color photos and gradients print best by direct-to-garment or sublimation, and sublimation only works on white or light polyester. Embroidery gives a stitched, premium finish for a left-chest logo on a heavier tee and is the usual choice for uniforms.
Sizing a Bulk Order
When you do not have sizes from every person, a safe split for adults is one small, two medium, two large, one extra large and one 2XL for every seven shirts. Order a few extras in medium and large, since those are the sizes that run out first. Light ink on a dark shirt needs an underbase and prints slightly thicker than dark ink on a light shirt, so if you have a choice, a dark logo on a light tee keeps the print softest.

Get a Quote Call 1-866-476-2095How much does a custom t-shirt cost?
Printed tees start around $4 each in bulk. A basic cotton tee with a one-color print usually lands between $5 and $12 depending on quantity, and tri-blend or performance shirts cost more. The price depends on the shirt, the number of print colors and locations, and how many you order, so request a quote for an exact figure.
Which t-shirt brands can I choose from?
Gildan, Hanes, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, District, Comfort Colors, Port & Company, Champion, Under Armour, Badger and A4 are all in the catalog, so you can match the fabric and price point to your event.
Can I print on the front and the back?
Yes. Front, back and sleeve prints are each priced as a separate location. A one-color left-chest logo with a larger back print is the most common combination for staff and event shirts.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. Every order gets a free digital proof showing your artwork at size on the exact shirt color, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
How quickly can I get custom t-shirts?
Standard production time depends on the shirt and print method and is confirmed with your quote. 24-hour rush production is available on many popular styles when you have a deadline.
Is screen printing or embroidery better for my logo?
Screen printing suits large, bold artwork and keeps the shirt light, which is what most events want. Embroidery gives a raised, durable logo that looks professional on uniforms and heavier tees. If your logo has fine lettering or gradients, printing reproduces it more accurately.
