Neoprene or Foam

Neoprene koozies are the soft, stretchy wetsuit material: they fold flat, fit in a pocket, and print full color edge to edge. They are the most ordered style here. Foam can coolers are the thicker, rigid, open-cell kind: cheaper per piece, a bit more insulation, and a one or two color imprint. Both keep a can cold for about an hour. For a premium gift, a vacuum-insulated stainless steel can cooler keeps a drink cold for hours and takes a laser-engraved logo.

Can Sizes

A standard koozie fits a 12 oz can. Slim can coolers fit 12 oz seltzers and energy drinks, which a standard sleeve will not hold. 16 oz can coolers fit tallboys and pint cans. Bottle koozies zip or slide over a 12 oz bottle and often include a neck strap. If your event serves more than one size, order a mix or choose a stainless can cooler with an adapter that takes both.

Printing Your Design

One color screen printing on one side is the lowest price. Two sided printing and additional ink colors cost a little more per piece. Full color sublimation on neoprene reproduces photos, gradients and detailed art with no color limits, which is what wedding and party designs usually need. The imprint area on a standard can cooler is about 3 inches wide by 3 inches tall, so keep text to a few words and the logo simple.

Bulk Koozies and Minimums

Bulk koozies start at $0.48 per neoprene koozie and $0.63 per slim can cooler at the largest quantity tier. Most styles start at 50 or 100 pieces, and about 350 can be ordered in quantities of 12 or fewer. The price per piece drops at each quantity break, so an order of 500 costs much less per koozie than an order of 100. About 250 of the styles here are made in the USA, and rush production is available on more than 200 for a wedding or event date that is close.
