Stadium Cups

The stadium cup is a 16 or 22 oz single-wall plastic cup that is reusable, dishwasher safe and printed in one or more colors on one or both sides. It is the standard for sports venues, bars, fundraisers, weddings and tailgates because it costs well under a dollar in volume and prints a large logo. Color-changing versions turn a different color when a cold drink is poured. Custom plastic wedding cups usually carry the couple's names and a date.

Double-Wall Tumblers

Acrylic double-wall tumblers have a clear outer and a colored inner wall with a screw lid and a straw. The logo prints on the outer wall and appears to float over the color, which is why they are the most popular plastic tumbler for trade shows and summer promotions. Sizes run 16 to 24 oz, and they are hand wash only.

Travel Mugs, Wine and Specialty Cups

Plastic travel mugs with a handle or a slider lid are the budget version of the stainless mug. Plastic wine and margarita tumblers are for pool parties and events where glass is not allowed. White ink on a colored cup needs a second pass, so a dark logo on a light cup is the most economical combination.
