Custom Printed Latex, Foil and Giant Balloons

Balloons pull eyes to a storefront, a booth or a car lot from across the street, and a printed balloon costs cents. RELYmedia prints custom balloons for every scale of event: 9, 11 and 12 inch latex balloons printed on one or two sides in one or more colors, metallic and macaron pastel latex, 18 inch foil and mylar balloons, number and letter balloons, 36 inch giant balloons, and inflatable tube dancers, giant balloons and inflatables for grand openings and dealerships.

Dealerships, retailers, schools, real estate open houses, festivals and birthday parties are the usual buyers. Latex balloons are sold by the hundred and fill with helium or air. Send your logo and we will send a free proof showing the print on the balloon before production.

Custom Balloons Buying Guide

Latex Balloons

Latex balloons are the standard and the cheapest. The 11 and 12 inch sizes are the most ordered for helium, and 9 inch balloons suit air-filled arches and columns. Printing is one or two colors on one side, or two sides so the logo shows whichever way the balloon turns. Standard, metallic, crystal and pastel macaron finishes are available in dozens of colors. Latex is natural rubber and biodegradable.

Foil and Mylar Balloons

Foil balloons hold helium for days instead of hours and print a full-color design, which makes them the choice for a display that has to last through a week of a promotion. Custom photo balloons are printed on foil for that reason, since latex takes only one or two colors. The 18 inch round and heart shapes are standard, and number and letter balloons spell out a year, a sale or a name. Foil balloons are reusable if they are deflated carefully.

Giant Balloons and Inflatables

36 inch latex balloons with tassels are the photo backdrop balloon. Inflatable tube dancers in 12 to 18 feet wave outside dealerships and grand openings. Giant inflatable balloons, product replicas and holiday shapes are made to order for rooftops and lots. These are priced individually rather than by the hundred.

Printing and Planning

Latex balloons print with the balloon inflated, so the logo should be simple and bold. One-color prints are the clearest and cheapest. Count on a few balloons per guest or per table for a party, and a few dozen for a storefront display, with extras for the ones that pop. Helium is sourced locally, and air-filled balloons on sticks or in arches need no helium at all. Latex balloons are best inflated on the day, while foil balloons can be filled the day before.

How much do custom balloons cost?

Printed latex balloons start under $0.30 each in bulk and are sold by the hundred. Foil balloons usually run between $1 and $4 each, and giant inflatables are priced individually. Request a quote with the size and quantity for an exact price.

Can you print my logo on a balloon?

Yes. Latex balloons print one or two colors on one or two sides, and foil balloons print full color. We send a proof of the logo at size before printing.

Do printed balloons work with helium?

Yes. The 11 and 12 inch latex balloons and all foil balloons are made for helium. Latex floats for several hours and foil for several days.

What is the minimum order?

Latex balloons are sold by the hundred and the price drops at each quantity break. Foil balloons and inflatables have lower minimums. The exact minimum is listed on each product or confirmed with your quote.

How far ahead should I order?

Order a couple of weeks before the event where possible. Rush production is available on many printed latex balloons when a date is close.

How can I create my own custom balloons?

Choose the size and the color and send your logo. We send a free proof showing the print on the balloon before production.

Can you make custom balloons with pictures?

Yes, on foil. Foil balloons print a full-color design, so a photo or a picture goes on foil, while latex balloons take only one or two colors.
