The Fiji Medium delivers the signature two-tone bamboo banding of the Fiji line in an everyday-friendly 12" long by 8" high size, with a substantial 11/16" thickness for confident, stable cutting. Alternating light and dark bamboo strips give the board a contemporary, designer look that works just as well as a serving platter as it does a prep surface. The mid-size footprint covers the bulk of daily kitchen tasks, from slicing vegetables and bread to plating cheeses and cured meats, without crowding the counter. Bamboo construction brings natural density that resists moisture and scoring while staying gentler on knife edges than many hardwood alternatives. The 11/16" thickness adds reassuring weight that keeps the board planted while in use, and cut-out handles on the back make it easy to lift and present.
