If specific PMS colors are required, there is a $125.00 (G) setup charge for each PMS color. Pre-Production Proof: $100.00 (G) per design/artwork to cover production cost and freight from China. If an order is cancelled for any reason after a pre-production sample is made, there is a $650.00 (G) cancellation charge which covers offset print platemaking costs. If changes or revisions to artwork are requested after Pre-Production samples are made, there is a $650.00 (G) charge for making new offset printing plates. If only color changes are requested not requiring artwork revisions, there is a $100.00 (G) charge for making new Pre-Production proofs. Pre-Pro Production Time: Delivered door to door in 10-12 Days. • Additional Info: Overrun Pre-Pro or Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned. Art Format Compatibility: Vector Art in EPS, AI or PDF format. High res (300DPI) pixel image formats such as JPG, PNG or TIF are acceptable for full color imprints. All type should be converted to outlines or have the requisite OTF and/or TTF font files included with the art. Note: Due to potential compatibility issues with vector art formats, if your artwork falls outside the artboard/preview window, Innovation cannot be responsible for any copy or logo that is layered, lost or hidden and will not print. Order Cancellations/Cancellation Requests/Art Changes/Revisions Policy: Order Cancellation/Revision requests are not accepted until Factory confirms product has not been printed or manufactured. • Additional Info: As each product is manufactured and printed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another. Product material thickness, size and color as well as ink color will vary slightly from product to product and order to order and dye lot to dye lot, current order cannot match previous order. PMS colors will be very close, however inks are mixed by hand with some variation and cannot be compared to e proofs.? Copy Change request must meet 1/2 of the first column quantity. No exceptions.
