Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price. No EQP/NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity. Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned.
