Designed as part of the Cross-Flex collection, it delivers the performance, durability and mobility you need for days on your feet. This top moves with you, so you’re never fighting your uniform when the pace picks up. The fit is designed for active work, with a slightly longer back hem for extra coverage while you crouch or lean. A curved droptail hem keeps the silhouette functional and comfortable, while a center-back pleat adds even more room to move freely through long shifts. Storage is streamlined, practical and easy to access — because busy shifts don’t leave time to dig around. A clean chest pocket keeps small essentials close, while two side pockets give you quick access to the items you reach for most throughout the day. Thoughtful, utilitarian details make this top even more shift-ready. A banded collar with an extended overlapping placket adds a polished, structured look that still feels right at home on the floor. A utility loop at the placket and a badge loop at the shoulder provide secure spots for your ID or other must-haves, keeping everything right where you need it during back-to-back patient interactions.
